1 1⁄2 cups oats (base)
1 cup dates (base)
1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut (base)
1⁄2 cup almonds (base)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (base)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (base)
500 grams peanut butter (peanut layer)
1⁄3 cup coconut oil (peanut layer)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (peanut layer)
1 tablespoon cacao powder (peanut layer)
1⁄3 cup coconut oil (chocolate layer)
1⁄3 cup cacao powder (chocolate layer)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (chocolate layer)
1 dash peanuts (chocolate layer)

Blend all the base ingredients together (I find it easier to blend dates with coconut milk before adding to the dry ingredients). Then press into a tray and put into freezer.

Mix together all the peanut layer ingredients in bowl and pour over the base layer.

Melt the coconut oil and mix into the cacao and syrup then pour over the top. Store in fridge for 3 hours or overnight before cutting
